The Clone Wars - S5E16 - "The Lawless"

0:56 - Korkie (to Satine):  "I'm here to rescue you."  Luke says the same thing to Leia in A New Hope:  "I'm Luke Skywalker; I'm here to rescue you" [1:16:09].

3:42 - Satine:  "Obi-Wan, I need your help."  Queen Amidala says the same thing to Jar Jar in The Phantom Menace ("I need your help" [1:37:55]); Obi-Wan to Padmé in Revenge of the Sith ("Padmé, I need your help" [1:38:44]); and Obi-Wan to Luke in A New Hope ("I need your help, Luke.  She [Leia] needs your help." [36:03]).

6:52 - Obi-Wan (to a Death Watch guard, after pieces fall off his ship):  "Terribly sorry about that."  C-3PO uses the same expression in The Empire Strikes Back, apologizing to Lando about Chewbacca ("I'm terribly sorry about all this, after all, he's only a Wookiee" [1:42:41]), in Return of the Jedi, when he runs into R2-D2 on Jabba's sail barge ("I'm terribly sorry" [30:49]), and in Attack of the Clones ("I'm terribly sorry about all this!" [1:53:41]).

9:14 - Obi-Wan hits the control panel of the Twilight to get it working again after it fails to respond, similar to what Han Solo does with the Millennium Falcon in The Empire Strikes Back [35:07].

14:37 - Bo-Katan (introducing herself to Obi-Wan):  "Bo-Katan.  I'm here to rescue you; that's all you need to know."  An-other use of "I'm here to rescue you."

16:49 - Maul:  "I sense a presence, a presence I haven't felt since...."  Vader says almost exactly the same thing in A New Hope:  "I sense something, a presence I've not felt since...." [1:06:45].  Each senses the presence of his former master.

17:54 - Sidious pulls his lightsabers out of his sleeves, just as he does, albeit with only one, in Revenge of the Sith [1:11:20].

18:57 - Obi-Wan (to Bo-Katan):  "You're Satine's sister, aren't you?  I'm so sorry."  In both the structure and the realization of a familial relationship, this is similar to what he says to Padmé in Revenge of the Sith:  "Anakin is the father, isn't he?  I'm so sorry." [1:40:24]

---

Similar to what Han Solo does with a pair of stormtroopers in A New Hope, Obi-Wan lures a Death Watch guard into his ship and then takes his armor to use as a disguise.  Two of the shots in these sequences even have similar compositions, with an empty landing ramp and off-camera sounds of an attack.

The Clone Wars - S5E15 - "Shades of Reason"

6:34 - Pre Vizsla (responding to Maul's request that Death Watch take action):  "As you wish, Lord Maul."  The phrase "As you wish" occurs a number of times in the original trilogy:  in A New Hope, Vader says it after Tarkin asks him to release General Motti from his Force choke [38:45]; in The Empire Strikes Back, Boba Fett says it after Vader warns the bounty hunters against disintegrations [1:06:22]; in Return of the Jedi, Vader says it twice more in conversations with the Emperor [39:16 and 1:07:38], and Admiral Piett says it to Vader ("As you wish, my lord") [56:13].  In The Phantom Menace, Nute Gunray says, "As you wish" at the end of a conversation with Darth Sidious [5:04], and in Revenge of the Sith, Captain Typho says, "As you wish, my lady," to Padmé [1:41:23].

7:09 - Death Watch soldier:  "We're Death Watch, and we're here to rescue you."  This has the same structure as what Luke says to Leia in A New Hope:  "I'm Luke Skywalker; I'm here to rescue you" [1:16:09].

13:10 - Maul (to Savage):  "Patience."  In The Empire Strikes Back, Yoda and Obi-Wan also counsel Luke with, "Patience!" [Yoda at 54:36 and 55:03; Obi-Wan at 1:24:18], and in Return of the Jedi, the Emperor advises Vader:  "Patience, my friend" [38:57].  It's also part of Obi-Wan's advice to Anakin in Attack of the Clones:  "Patience.  Use the Force.  Think." [21:49].  Also in Attack of the Clones, Dooku, referring to Padmé, tells Gunray, "Patience, Viceroy, patience; she will die" [1:49:27].

16:31 - Pre Vizsla (accepting Maul's challenge to combat):  "So be it."  Palpatine uses this same expression in Return of the Jedi, after Luke refuses to turn to the dark side:  "So be it, Jedi" [1:54:26].

The Clone Wars - S5E14 - "Eminence"

13:37 - Oruba the Hutt:  "Chut-chut."  Watto uses this same Huttese expression in The Phantom Menace [32:05], and Anakin uses it in Attack of the Clones:  "Chut-chut, Watto" [1:04:29].

15:32 - Latts Razzi (to the forces defending the Hutts):  "Retreat!  Retreat!"  Jar Jar also yells, "Retreat!  Retreat!" in The Phantom Menace [1:56:53].

The Clone Wars - S5E13 - "Point of No Return"

1:12 - WAC-47:  "I have got a bad feeling about this, Colonel."

11:28 - Colonel Gascon:  "It's a trap!"  Admiral Ackbar says, "It's a trap!" in Return of the Jedi [1:35:03], and Leia says it twice in The Empire Strikes Back [1:39:50].

12:44 - Colonel Gascon:  "BZ, magnetize!  Magnetize!"  In Revenge of the Sith, one of the Neimoidians on General Grievous's ship gives this same command to the battle droids:  "Magnetize!  Magnetize!" [16:33]

15:00 - Colonel Gascon:  "Good luck, R2."  In The Empire Strikes Back, an unidentified Rebel pilot wishes Luke good luck [36:02] and Luke wishes Lando good luck [2:00:09], and in Return of the Jedi, Han and Lando wish each other good luck [Han to Lando at 50:33 and Lando to Han at 52:21].

20:56 - Colonel Gascon (accompanied by a group of droids):  "R2-D2, are we glad to see you!"  Luke says something similar in A New Hope:  "Ben Kenobi?  Boy, am I glad to see you!" [30:35]

According to the trivia on the Star Wars website, "The display table seen at the strategy conference is an octagonal design inspired by the circular table seen in the Rebel base war room during the Battle of Yavin in Episode IV," but the room itself seems to be modelled on the briefing room seen in Return of the Jedi, with tiered seats surrounding the centrally located table:

The Clone Wars - S5E12 - "Missing in Action"

2:22 - Colonel Gascon:  "Well, I'll be.  A diner!  A place of eating!  Heh, I'm saved!"  This is similar to C-3PO's reaction when he sees the Jawas' sandcrawler in A New Hope:  "Wait, what's that?  A transport!  I'm saved!" [11:06]

3:20 - Mr. Borkus (to Colonel Gascon):  "No droids!" and a bit later "We don't serve your type either."  This is the same sort of antagonism that Wuher shows toward Luke in A New Hope:  "Hey, we don't serve their kind here... your droids, they'll have to wait outside; we don't want them here" [45:36].
