The Clone Wars - S1E2 - "Rising Malevolence"

2:38 - Count Dooku: "You may fire when ready."  Twice, Tarkin says the same thing in A New Hope [58:37, 1:56:20].

2:53 & 21:15 - The shot of the Malevolence's ion cannon firing, with droids shielding their eyes, parallels the Death Star's cannon firing in A New Hope [59:02]:

8:59 - Sinker (trying to restore power to the escape pod):  "No, that's not it.  This one goes there; that one goes there."  Han Solo also says, "This one goes there; that one goes there" to Chewbacca while they're fixing the Millennium Falcon in The Empire Strikes Back [29:42].

10:04 - Plo Koon: "Pod 1977, do you copy?" references 1977, the year A New Hope was released.  There's also a resemblance between this and the Imperial officer's "TK-421, do you copy?" in A New Hope [1:08:21], especially since the numbers are pronounced as individual digits ("one nine seven seven" and "four two one"), although that may be coincidental.

20:54 - Ahsoka:  "You forgot; we turned him off" bears some similarity to C-3PO's "'Use the comlink?'  Oh my, I forgot; I turned it off" in A New Hope [1.23.53].
